Very diverse, from canvas painting to pin cusions
How did you know you were crafty / artistic?
I've always been crafty - its always been inside me
What was the first thing you ever made?
First thing I ever made was a Father Christmas made out of a loo roll (I was about 6) and it still comes out each year!
Do you have any formal training or who taught you what you know?
No training whatsoever
How did your craft business come about?
My business came about when I decided i'd had quite enough of the 9 to 5 routine, I should have done it years ago, working for people who you dont like doesnt help!!
Where and when do you do your crafting?
I do my crafting in my study or on the dining room table, wherever theres room! I have a website under construction and I cant wait to get started.
Tell me something surprising about yourself:
Something surprising? - When I lived in London I got Al Pacino's autograph, I went to see a play he was in in the Duke of Yorks theatre, you could say I was gobsmaked!!
Which Folksy / Etsy shop can you not get enough of?
Favourite Folksy shop - oh come on you cant have favourites!! Everyone is talented in their own way.
Why is handmade / crafting important to you?
Handmade is important, it makes you feel good about yourself, proud even, it was your idea and you made it, when someone buys an item and gives you great feedback what can be better than that. Its one of the best confidence boosters I know. Of course handmade is better than shopmade anytime!!
Is it just me or is crafting really hot right now?
Crafting is hot - many of us want more than the day job - we all need to express our talents - if its crafting even better.

Well you would have something unique, made with love (sweat and maybe even tears!) and of course it would put a big smile on my face!
